Slow day so here's another thing happening...If you're in NW Pennsylvania on June 22, 2013 this event is a great way to spend part of the day. Funds raised at this event will go to local merit based scholarship programs.

Roff School Tavern is the start and end point with five stops along the way, including JD's Tap House, UD's, Hunter's Inn, Nates, and Ranz.

The music will be great and the feature act is Rick Magee and the Roadhouse Rockers. You might have run into them anywhere around this area or in Sturgis, Daytona, or other biker rallies around the country.

The acts leading up to the are no light weights either. Roger Montgomery will be doing acoustics, and the lead-off act is Mystified. there will be corn hole games along the way and other activities to make sure everyone has a good time.

Oh! and just in case you don't know...Roff's has somewhere around 200 different craft brews in stock!

Recent Project

Ever get one of those calls late Sunday afternoon when a good friend and customer says, "Can you make a "whatever"?? The question of course concerns not so much about your ability to produce the item as it does to have the work done by a particular time. And always, short notice during in the middle of another job...we needed to have this done in just a couple days. We worked in with the other jobs in the shop and had just enough time to let the stain and finish dry! This one was for a great cause. A local church received a donation to convert a room into a theater/meeting/media room from one of their members. I appreciation, the other members of the church wanted to name the room to honor his generosity. After some discussion we discovered he made the donation as a memorial to his wife who had passed. We found out she liked Irises and so we came up the the plaque above. The oak and stain were selected to match the wood work and trim in the new room. Thanks to our friend John Kerr of Jeron Diamond Jewelers and Gemologists for bring this opportunity to us. If you live in NW Pennsylvania you may have seen John on the television in his new commercial as the "Most Interesting Jeweler in the World". Smooth one John...
